Black Post Shields are 4 individual shields that join together to cover and protect existing or new posts from string trimmers and other lawn care equipment. They install in seconds with no tools necessary. 4″ in height, they can fit posts 3.5″ x 3.5″.
4×4 Post Shields are designed to fit the standard 4×4 labeled post. The standard 4×4 post measures 3.5″ x 3.5″. There are few exceptions so please measure your post to verify its size before purchasing. New treated posts are usually wet and swollen from the treatment process, but they will soon dry out and shrink to the 3.5″ x 3.5″ standard post size.
